ABOUT US
Child Psychoecology Foundation, a registered charity #91/8216 under Section 88 of Hong Kong Government Ordinance was incorporated in 2006. The foundation's mission is to promote the psychological well-being of children with or without disabilities. This is achieved principally by the provision of education and activities.

MISSION
To promote the psychological well-being of children in Hong Kong and China with or without disabilities

Objectives
1) To advance child psychological health education
2) To promote psychological health of children using media including but not limiting to playing, visual arts, drama, music etc.
3) To improve child inter-personal and intra-personal skills using psychological tools
4) From ecology and environmental protection, the message of child psychoecology is promoted

The word "Psychoecology" is made up of 2 words namely "Psycho" and "ecology". It represents "Psychological Environmental Protection". From the concept of environmental protection, the concept of psychological protection is developed. We understand the importance of conserving the valueable resources of our planet Earth and how it can affect us in the long term, we promote environmental protection. In the same way, psychological minds are the valuable assets of our children, if we don't pay attention to their psychological well-being, many psychological problems can develop when they grow up. Therefore from the concept of ecology and environmental protection, we help our children to understand the importance of positive thinkings, empathy and sympathy to others.
