As CPF Founder and Lions College Council Committee, Vincent shared on the topic of Voluntary Service with 60+ faculty staff on Teacher Professional Development Day. Teachers were proactive to share their volunteering experience with others. Through role modelling, teachers can encourage students to volunteer and benefit its learning. Research shows volunteering benefits volunteers by increase of social competence, occupational skills, democratic knowledge and personal confidence.
